Built from Slovakia. Reached the world.

I built two software companies from Slovakia, and both were acquired. First came Gradient ECM, an enterprise software business acquired by Chronos Group. Then I built Minit with an exceptional team.

Minit became one of the world's leading process mining companies. Its software automatically reconstructed how work actually flowed from enterprise data, exposing bottlenecks and opportunities to save millions of dollars. We raised more than €10 million from four venture funds and expanded into European and US markets.

Microsoft acquired Minit in 2022. Forbes reported it as Slovakia's largest startup exit at the time, although the price was not disclosed. The technology and team went on to help build Power Automate Process Mining, bringing those insights to a far wider audience.

The lesson I bring to founders today: start with a customer's real problem, build for clarity, and surround yourself with people who help you go further.

A place for the next generation of founders.

I'm an investor and board member at The Spot, working alongside Peter Komornik and a wider team to strengthen Slovakia's startup community.

It brings founders together with experienced people, practical learning and the relationships that help ideas become companies.

Olympiads meet the startup world.

In partnership with NIVaM, The Spot hosted the 2026 national rounds of the Mathematics and Physics Olympiads, welcoming 42 and 35 secondary school students respectively. It also hosted an informatics training camp. The collaboration connects exceptional talent with a community of founders, mentors and people putting science to work.

Building globally takes more than capital.

01 / Angel capital

Investing alongside founders

I invest personally in B2B technology and collaborate with leading international VC funds. Capital comes with a founder's perspective and an active network.

02 / Clear direction

Strategy and focus

Sharpening the ideal customer profile, product positioning and the decisions that matter most as a company grows.

03 / Global ambition

Enterprise growth

Turning founder-led sales into a repeatable approach, entering international markets and building the senior team for the next stage.

04 / The right people

Fundraising and connections

Preparing the investor story, choosing the right funding path and making relevant introductions to investors, operators and customers.

Social impact

I also want to support social entrepreneurs building practical solutions to meaningful societal challenges.
